Transfers, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
At EEC, we are a small team of three, each with a family. We take pride in providing a personalized educational experience and ongoing support to our students. Last-minute transfers and cancellations significantly impact our ability to operate effectively. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring the following policies:
Confirmation:
Due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee a course seat until payment is made in full. We encourage purchasers to use the online payment method for “immediate confirmation.”
Official changes to your scheduled course can only be made by submitting a Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Request Form. Please note: Email is not an acceptable form of notification.
Transfers:
Students may transfer their registration to an open seat in a future course by submitting a “Transfer, Cancellation & Refund Request Form.”
There are no fees for transfer requests made 31 or more days before the course start date.
Requests received within 30 days of the course start date will be considered a “cancellation” and are subject to our refund policy.
Refunds:
A 100% refund (less processing fees) will be granted for cancellations made at least 31 days before the course start date.
A 50% refund (less processing fees) will be granted for cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the course start date.
No refunds will be granted for transfer or cancellation requests made within 14 days of the course start date.
We do not offer refunds for virtual/digital courses, services, or similar products.
